Cyberpunk 2077 does not work and the Playstation support is useless?

I'm just crying, I've been trying to download Cyberpunk 2077 for days before the release and now after the release it still doesn't work, when I called Playstation support they told me it would work immediately and I emailed them shortly afterwards that is still not there. Support tickets are also useless because they seem not to be processed.

I'm really desperate here, ordered and paid months ago and just can't play it.

Since this question has been asked extremely often, I simply suspect that the servers are overloaded, as always when something new comes out, because everyone wants to download. Just wait and maybe try again before you go to sleep.
