Xbox one x, flickering weird?

Hi guys have a problem and I have an xbox one x and when I turn it on the screen goes off after a few seconds and that goes on all the time and then there's no signal on it thought it could be on my monitor then tried it with 3 others but there was the same problem so I think it is the xbox one x, can someone help me?
