Ps4 and still talk to Xbox users?

Is there a way I can talk to friends who have an Xbox? Discord is not available for download at Ps and Xbox users can't join a party. Do you have experience with it or is that not possible at all?

You could download the Discord app or the Xbox app to your mobile phone (you don't need an Xbox for the Xbox app, just a free Microsoft account). Alternatively, both can also be done using a computer.

I have the ps my friends have xbox. I actually wanted to avoid using my cell phone because it would be practical to have everything in one but apparently there's no other way
