Looking for fantasy RPG with character creation?

I'm currently in an RPG mood again and would like a fantasy RPG with a character editor.

Something like Dragon Age. Preferably in third or first person view, don't get along with the isometric view of many RPGs.

I would love to play on Xbox One or PS4.

Please no: Witcher, Skyrim, Fallout… I've already played suggestions.
