No, that is the purpose of such a lock. Other than that, you don't have to hack the Wi-Fi. That is a different subject. Access to the router configuration is not Wi-Fi.

plug in the box via lan cable…
if that does not work and you have a laptop that is not restricted, then simply bridge between the lan card and the wlan and connect the xbox to the laptop using the lan cable.
