I have a problem with my Xbox. Better said with Netflix and Prime Video and Youtube. Sometimes but not always my Xbox disconnects when I start Amazon or Prime immediately from the Internet. I have internet when I turn on the Xbox but as soon as I start netflix or Prime it stops everything. Gambling such as Fornite is no problem. I don't always have this problem, but it does happen every now and then and only for a day or two. Can't explain that Xbox Live support couldn't help me. Think there's a problem with the router that I can't find. Use a Fritzbox 7412. Does anyone know the problem or can help me?
I know the problem with the 7412, have been looking for a solution for years but can't find one.
Oh man so depressing, that's the Wi-Fi at my girlfriend's home and we only use the Xbox to watch Netflix. Sometimes that's really frustrating.
