Can you buy flight Simulator 2020 as a disc and play it on the controller?

I will soon get a gaming pc for 900 euro. I have an Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. My questions would be if I could play the game on the controller and the game can be bought on a disk.

Because the game is very big, the game has around 150 GB of data
