I have had a problem for some time now, whenever I want to play the Xbox Game Pass games, they crash when the game starts.
Example:
My Game Age of Planetfall always crashes as soon as it retrieves the cloud files.
For the King I can make 3 moves and then it just goes out.
This is very stressful for most of those who want to play the games online with friends or simply play the Stroy.
According to Windows Support, I should turn off third-party providers. Unfortunately I don't know which mine and secondly I even set up my PC and it was still there. I even called support and they hung up cold.
I really need help, I don't want to pay for the passport for nothing.
Also had a problem with Forza Horizon. I had to completely uninstall the antivirus program so that I could play. But Windows Defender is sufficient as virus protection for Win 10. Is your Windows up to date? So on version 1909?
Possibly deactivate Msi Afterburner and similar programs.
