I've been playing Windows 10 edition on Xbox one for a long time. We were already in the nether. At 1.16 we have been looking for netherite (acient debre) for a long time, but do not find it. We blew up a total of over 40 tnt and 30 beds.
What should we do?
It's best to go to level 10 or so and go to the Nether Wasteland
In 1.16 you can no longer find it like this, only in fortresses

Did the world arise on 1.16? Because otherwise you have to be in chunks that you've never been to
Look in the Crative mode if you find one, if so, you were probably just unlucky xD
