Is there a good Xbox One emulator for PC (Windows 10)?

I'd like to play World of Tanks with a buddy, but he only has an Xbox One and WoT doesn't support crossplay.

Then he should either play on the pc or you on the xbox. Xbox one is not available as an emulator.

xbox games are almost entirely available in the windows store. So you don't need such an emulator. If there's no crossplay, you have to go to the same platform. If you don't want that you can't play together…
