Rainbow Six Siege Game Search does not load?

When I click on RX on my XBOX One on search for "without rank", or even things like newbie, it will sometimes only after 3 minutes, sometimes beyond no match… What's that? Why is that?

Could be a server error. There are often at R6.

But does not it refer to several players?
