Discord link remains?

I've been playing gta on the xbox for about 2 hours. That is what it shows on discord. But I stopped playing 20 minutes ago and it still shows that I'm online on discord and have been playing gta for exactly "4 hours". I've already removed all of the links.

What can I do? Is that just because discord is overloaded? Scares me.

If nothing is bad, otherwise clean up a status then that's gone and with Xbox and Discord there are bound to be bugs because it is specially designed for the PC.
