Black Desert Online stutters heavily (Xbox One)?

I have the problem that Black Desert Online Zurich jerks a lot. Even with my friends, with whom I actually wanted to play this. Can someone tell me if I can do something about it?

If everything is jerky, it is simply because the console can't handle it or the programmer simply optimized it badly.

So you can't do anything. At most buy a better console but since I don't have the game I guarantee there, even for nothing.
