Suddenly black edges?

I was still playing on my Xbox One S this morning, then at noon suddenly there are black edges at the top and bottom? I've tried everything and I've found something! HDMI is 1080 × something and it says to me: 680 × 400 or something. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
