I have a laptop running on nowhere, so I thought about taking a closer look at the cloud gaming providers. You probably know. Can I also use Microsoft's cloud gaming on your PC or can I only download the games there?

I don't think so, because xCloud is part of the Xbox Game Pass ultimate and there are quite a few games in it that you can download to your laptop (hopefully 😝)
