Are the Gaming Pcs Good?

I'm looking for a gaming PC and would like to stream with it and what you do on the pc. My budget is not that big so I ask you which of the Pcs is best?

I hardly deal with the cheap segment. Sounds pretty good with the first one, the i9466 or so.

But would rather buy used

You should always assemble something yourself. The RAM alone is questionable for a gaming PC. Just have to put together what you need and then look where you can get it. Then you can use virtually any housing as a base

PC 2 is the best I think for the following reasons:

8-core (processor is important for streaming
Relatively good graphics card
16 GB of well-clocked RAM
