How do I activate the Street Pass on Tomodachi Life?

I went to system settings on my Nintendo 3ds, then to data management and then to Street Pass management (as it was on the internet). But I did not find a Tomodachi Life under Street Pass Administration. Do any of you have any other ideas how I can activate the Street Pass?

PS: I haven't activated the Sportpass yet. Maybe someone can help me there ^^

You have to go to the town hall yourself in the game and choose options there, you can activate streetpass under the network item.
