I own a New Nintendo 3DS for some years but have hardly played with it (probably 4x). When I tried to turn it on again, all I had left was the upper screen. The lower one was black but you could tell by the color change that it was on. (As if the screen were frozen at startup)
Now the question has one of you maybe synonymous times the same problem and knows a solution that could help me?
Unfortunately, I can't send it to Nintendo because the warranty has expired.
Any help and ideas I would be very happy!
Try another game or keep playing. For many games, only one display is active on the Start menu.
When I start Nintendo, the screen is black from the beginning, but the upper one goes on. The lower seems to be synonymous but the start remains only that the display is dark as he would hang up at the start.
