Wanted to ask if you think it's serious.
In the description you can only pay by bank transfer, but there's also the option to pay with PayPal which I would rather do because of eBay buyer protection. So you can pay with PayPal or not? And what experiences have you had with such tempting offers?

The ebay account was hacked. Why should a seller from Germany give an IBAN from Spain in his offer under "Return Policy Further Information"?
If I look at the other offers of the seller, I find that this article does not fit into the range of offers of the commercial seller:
