I try to poke my Pokemon from Pokemon Platin to Pokemon White via Pokeporter, but each time it shows me that it has not found any 6 Pokemon to transfer.
At first, I thought it was because I tried it from a 3ds to a ds and vice versa, but the same problem also came up on two Nintendo ds devices.
It also does not work with Pokemon Bank as it recognizes only 5th generation + Nintendo E-Shop Gameboy games.
(If it does help: On my Pc in Pokemon Platinum I have a Machollo, a Remoraid and a Bidiza on Box 1 and on Team 2 my team consisting of Gastrodon, Luxtra, Chelterra, Hundemon, Meditales and Girantina)
So pkmn needs 6 pokemon that already existed in the 4th gen. You can't transfer a 5th gen pokemon to your platinum edition.
