Name from the pixel number game?

I used to play a game on the Nintendo DS. You had to connect numbers and in the end a picture came out. I don't mean to connect something like pixel art or numbers with dots. It looked more like a pixel image at the end. You also had to think about connecting the numbers.

Does anyone know what it's called and whether there are mobile games?
