Just Dance unlimited bought but why not?

I bought Just Dance unlimited yesterday (wanted to play Just Dance 2019 again) but when I went in after buying the unlimited ticket in Just Dance there was nothing, I clicked "unlock" on the window of the unlimited ticket but it just took me to the Nintendo Eshop.

(I play on the switch and also paid with a credit card, it also says that my subscription expires in 395 days)

I have the problem on my ps4 too. It is difficult to explain, so contact the PlayStore what I did.
