Just dance 2020 unlimited no longer works?

I have had Just Dance 2020 for the Nintendo Switch for a long time and tried the 30-day trial subscription Unlimited. Now I would like to continue to subscribe, but every time I want to take out the subscription, the error code 2811-6001 comes up at Ubisoft or in the e-shop. What can that be? Has anyone ever had that too?

Try to subscribe directly through the Nintendo E Shop, not the game itself.
