Transfer or link Paladins account from the switch on the ps4, possible?

I have a question, does anyone know whether I can link my paladins account that runs via the nintendo switch with a Playstation 4 or can connect without having to do it all over again?

I hope I have properly expressed what I mean.

So it worked for me, but only if you have a hearing account that is linked to your current save status. Then you just log in and simply link your hi rez account to the PlayStation and then it should work.
