I know that I have to have an emerald ds in slot2 and in slot1 perl and I did enough pokemon and top4 in both games and was already at the friends' park, but in the main menu of perl I just do not want to pop up the box with where you swap pokemon from game to game. Do you have any ideas why that could be? Do I have to change my Nintendo WFC settings? Could it be because of my emerald game may be fake (I think it could be a fake because it is a German version, but on the Cardrich Emerald it says that could be synonymous but a production error because except for that it is normal)?

Unfortunately that does not help. As I already wrote, I fulfilled all the conditions specified in these forums and tutorials, and in the main menu I still do not want this transfer button to pop up.
Does the transfer need internet or something? Because the servers no longer exist…
I thought so too, but theoretically you would need if you already have a cable connection (in the Ds) you would not need an internet connection, but could be.
You have to own the National Dex in Perl. Only then it works. WFC settings do not matter. You have to insert both games in the same DS and when starting the Nintendo both games have to be selectable for playing. Then you start Perl. Then the button "FROM SMARAGD HERÜBERKOMMEN" under the WFC settings would be there.

Not at all. You can't trade between emerald and perl, you can only transfer pokemon from emerald to perl (swapping it means you get something in return!).
