Swap Pokemon Emerald?

I would like to exchange my Pokemon from my Pokemon Emerald (English version) to Ultramond. I play it on my Nintendo DS lite. What options do I have?

There are two options: either get a second DS, or Pokemon Box, I think that means. You can temporarily store Pokemon and then transfer it to other games. With Pokemon Box, however, I'm not sure whether this already works with Emerald

No, the second Ds is unfortunately not possible and Pokemon Bank is only valid on the X and Y.
