When i reset my 3ds will my game cards on my game cards like acnl be deleted?

I hacked my nintendo 3ds CFW and I can't get it away anymore I tried EVERYTHING but it's still there and I'm considering resetting my 3ds but 1 thought prevents me from doing so because I don't want to lose my saved data on my favorite game acnl, can someone tell me what happens to my save data if I reset my 3ds and if cfw then disappears?

If it is like the normal DS, i.e. Playing card, then don't worry, the memory on the playing card is not on the DS

The save status is on the game card itself, not on the 3DS. So you can easily reset.
