Nintendo Switch hung up?

My switch just hung up or the picture stopped when I closed the software. Nothing works anymore - no typing or pressing buttons. On the joy con as well as on the controllers. I can no longer turn off the switch. When I connect them to the TV exactly the same.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Can someone perhaps come up with a helpful answer where I don't lose all of my data?

Oh and if that helps - this is what my homescreen looks like right now.

You can easily see where the software exit screen was.

Then just press the off button until the switch turns off, then it goes back to normal.

Ok, I've already tried it, but I'll try again and keep pressing

Start the part again, press the switch-off button until the screen goes black

I would try the following things:

Dock the switch / place it in the charging station and take it out again
Power button restart (press for 15 seconds)
Remove the battery or somehow switch off the console

Unfortunately, I have no idea whether you will lose your saved memory or something.
