Return console despite redeemed coupon again?

We bought a Nintendo Switch at the Müller drugstore on Saturday, 13th of July. When we tried to play with the console, it crashed again and again with a software error message. We wanted to return the console directly on the following Monday or exchange it, but they did not want to do that, because there was a possibility that we destroyed the console ourselves.

However, the support of Nintendo could not find an error, because Müller had given an incorrect error message and when I then passed the correct error message, the console was already back to the miller. Now the question is:

The purchase was also an e-shop voucher worth 35 euro on a aufrubbelbaren paper with it, and since the console is now according to manufacturer no error, we wonder whether we return the console tomorrow, then minus the value of the voucher can.

Since you can only hope for the goodwill of the seller. You have no right of return (the voucher is not relevant).

Br

Why am I not entitled to return?

Em

Because you basically have no right in a business if everything works properly

Br

Oh great. Then I'll have to send in the console again if the store does not take it back. Do I have a right to damages or similar?

Em

You said that it works?! If this is not the case, you can of course ask again that the damage is repaired.
