For me, it only affects the left Joycons.

Nintendo takes these Joycons and repairs them for free.
Yes, unfortunately this is a very common error with the Joycons and can't always be corrected by calibration. Send it to Nintendo for repair, and if you're under warranty, it will be free.
Yes, unfortunately only the blue one. Calibrating doesn't always help and apparently I'm not the only one with this problem
Simply put the contact spray into the JoyCons but don't overdo it. Has always helped me my information is without guarantee
I have a switch from the first delivery and a switch from the second generation and a few Joy con that I bought separately. None of my 6 Joy Con have ever had this error.
For me, unfortunately, all left are affected.
