Nintendo switch red joycon does not respond individually?

My switch actually works, only the red joycon does not really work. This green inside is no longer shining, but you can use it together with the blue one. But if you B. Mario wants to play kart with only one joycon, you can't log in the red one. What can I do to make the red one work again? And my joycons only charge if the switch also loads.
