Nintendo Switch left Joy-Con problem with SL and SR?

At the left Joy-Con,

the SL SR buttons do not go and it also does not light up and yes we pressed the small button.

If your Joy-Con doesn't go on despite charging, then you should send it to Nintendo, if you still have a guarantee on your switch, everything should be free.
