Games with big monsters?

The question sounds a bit strange, but I love games where there are huge monsters, whether on land or under water. For example, Monster Hunter, elder scrolls, or anything else.

The best thing would be a role-playing game, at least something that you can move around freely, and just the big monsters. ^^

Do you know a few such games? (no matter whether PC, XBOX, PS or Nintendo)
