Yo!
I play Minecraft on PS4 with my colleagues. We noticed that hardly any monsters spawn, but mobs spawn normally in other worlds. I play on the latest version and restart, delete worlds and once on Peaceful and back to normal has been tried in vain. Simply write ideas here.
Could you and maybe say what level of difficulty your world has?

Well you could put it on hard.
But if you e.g. On jagged plays there are always a lot of caves and mobs spawn in a "ball" around you with a radius of 128 blocks, so if there are too many caves that are not illuminated, there are probably a lot of mobs and not so up there.
You can also change the spawn rates and so in the server files, but I don't know if this works even if you have a server with e.g. Rented Nitrado.
