Switch does not start anymore / does not work anymore Urgently

've got a problem and although my switch has not worked properly for a long time. It only shows loading screen (picture).
I've already rebooted any websites - let the battery run empty- play cards out-wait (even I've waited an hour-nothing) on and off-nothing helps!
However, I had just recharged it and there was briefly the typical background to see before I was shown an ad (picture). Error code. Then it became
I only see "Nintendo Switch" again.
Searched for help on the Nintendo website - found nothing.
Can someone help me, or do I have to send the switch for repair?
Ask Nintendo and they will tell you if you have to send them in
