Nintendo Switch is not charging anymore and is not working anymore?

I gambled this morning with my Nintendo Switch until it went out, because the battery was empty. After that, of course, I hung her on the cargo and then left for about 6 hours. However, the switch always shows only the charging symbol when the cable is on and when I try to turn on the console, I'm briefly shown the Nintendo logo and then again only the charging icon. Without cable, nothing goes at the switch. I really do not know what else I can do, because she can't be charged and I do not know if it's just because she does not work or if it does not work anymore.

Does anyone know the problem and knows a solution for it? Would like to exchange the console reluctant, due to the scores etc.

Have already tried to remove game and memory card, another cable to load, etc. But nothing works.

How do I get the console going again or is it completely broken?

Search on the Internet for a method vl you can do it with a reset

Have already searched but not really found something. With a reset, my memory would be gone, I have so many hours in so many games, levels and unlocks. That would be really annoying. But in an emergency better than a broken switch. How does a reset work?

Mc

Sorry, no idea. Just thought of a reset because the iPhone is synonymous.

There are several types of reset. System and factory reset.

Ergo, I thought that it could be similar to the switch

Unfortunately, it does not work, but I've read from someone who had broken the motherboard, which is exactly what happened to me. Must be the exchange

There's a reset that does not clear the memory levels.

He did not work. I just tried.

Via the system settings in "Konsole" you can activate the factory settings but then all data will be deleted and also the current data on the Micro SD card can't be used anymore (these data have to be deleted as well). The Nintendo Switch will either automatically format / erase the Micro SD card, or you can choose this option in the menu.

The console can also be reset in another way by simultaneously holding down both loudspeaker volume buttons (the Nintendo Switch must be on). With this option the scores are not deleted.

Since I can't turn on the console, this is not a solution for my case

Okay, then you have to send your console to Nintendo and have it repaired (if the warranty has not expired yet).

So I do not know how to charge your console. If you have a pro controller try it with the corresponding charging cable. If you already do it try that from the switch. For me personally, the Pro Controller cable does not work on the switch, but probably yes with you. Otherwise, let's see if you have a cable break or the charging cable input is dirty.

Hope it works again soon.

Have already tried different cables that work great on my phone and my pro controller. But it does not work
