I recently started with apex Legends (on PS4) and I think it's really good. My girlfriend has now also got Apex Legends (on Nintendo Switch), but when she sends me a request, nothing arrives and I can't find it.

We actually have all the settings right, I have no idea why that could be, maybe someone has an idea
