I wanted to know if it works that you can listen to Spotify while playing (on the Nintendo Switch)?
I have a Samsung Smart TV which of course also has Spotify, but I can only hear Spotify in the app and not when I go to the source of the Switch.

If the Switch itself doesn't have an option for Spotify, then I don't think that's possible. If you can afford the few euro, you could just get yourself a bluetooth box. A year ago I got one for about 40 euro and I couldn't live without it anymore. Simply connect to your mobile phone, turn on the music and then you can do whatever you want on the side.
