I've been wet my pants for a few days because I've noticed for about a week that my switch is getting warm. Not hot now or extremely warm, just warm after an hour of BotW (Dock) in the Hanheld, it doesn't matter

All consoles, PCs and cell phones have the problem. This is completely normal, manufacturers often like to save on cooling. Even the Raspberry Pi. A good PC cooler would be as expensive as half a switch.
