I've been thinking about buying an older nintendo handheld console lately. In my eye I already had the gameboy advance or advance sp I own a DS. I would buy the advance (sp) because of my favorite pokemon generations. Is an old gameboy worth it if you have no nostalgia for it and is it worth the advance?

Think the graphics have aged very well in my opinion (at least for most titles)
I played 1-2 titles from the generation that I never played at that time. Back then, I mostly only played Pokemon on Gameboy as a child
What kind of DS do you have? Because the first models had a second slot for GBA games, which would buy a GBA off the table again.
