Genshin impact figures away after expedition?

Yesterday I did the first expeditions in Genshin impact (i.e. The one where you send characters away for a certain time and then get raw materials). During this period I couldn't use it (of course). However, now I've collected the rewards from the expeditions, but I haven't got the characters back. I play on the ps4 (if that helps.) Do I have to do anything special to be able to play the characters again?

Must be a bug restart the game
