Turtle Beach xp500, update not possible?

A friend of mine has recently bought the Turtle Beach xp500 relatively cheap. His problem: We play at the Ps4 and the headset turns off after 6min by itself. The talkback cable is on the transmitter and everything else is wired correctly. On the internet, you had to update the headset via the corresponding Sound Editor. We have done this, but however when playing up the update file, the headset restarts automatically. How can we get the headset up and running? We've already tried everything, even through bootloader mode we tried updating, but that's the same thing. How do you get out of the mode again?

Normally, it is normal for the device to restart when updating to complete the update…

It shows me but still the old firmware.
