Micro Problems with Turtle Beach Recon 150 Headset?

Yesterday I bought a headset from Turtle Beach without any premonition that it could be complicated.

My headset and its microphone are working on the PC. On the PS4 again, you only hear a click when plugging in, then it does not pick up my voice. Can it be because of my NAT-2 connection?

Model would be again Turtle Beach Recon 150.
