PSN card exchange?

I recently purchased a PSN membership card from Euronics. When I scratched it, I made a mistake and now the code is no longer readable. The question now arises whether I can have the card exchanged, as there's nothing on the receipt against exchanging vouchers.

Unfortunately, this is difficult for most retailers.

"Euronics" doesn't mean anything to me now, is it a local or digital business?

With such errors, something can usually be done. Just go over and ask. Don't forget to take the card with you.
