Insurgent pickup not tunable?

I can't drive my Insurgent Pickup into my mobile command center. I'm always thrown out of the lobby "Joining the session failed" it always says please help me (ps4)

First see if there's still a car in the moc then try if that doesn't work look if you don't have an avenger standing around or write to rockstar support that your insurgent is stuck there you get your money back
