Hey so I've recently bought over the American space god of PS4 PS4 because it was cheaper there. However, the game is now completely in English and switch to German is not. English is now not bad, but in German would be more relaxed as can I change it the PS4 so to speak it thinks from the German or European store so that I can change the language

No, you bought it in English because it's cheaper so you have to bear the consequences. That would be rip-off if you can change it to German…
Can you be happy that you can play it at all? In the past, you might have needed a North American console for it.
It can't be changed.
The different versions have different contents.
Every country gets its version (in its language) sometimes it is bundled.
For example America (including Spanish and French) Europe (German, English, Spanish, Italian…) Asia (Japanese, Chinese Russian…)
If you buy a version then you only have the languages to choose from.
On PC there were / is the variant for some games to exchange the language files for German on the PlayStation that probably could be a huge effort (if at all possible)
There does not have to be anything. Otherwise, we would all shop in Mexico where new AAA titles on the release day cost only half.
