Problems connecting my Google account on Playstation with Youtube?

I've been looking for an e-mail address from Google Support for an hour, but can't find us in the help pages of Google itself, I find my problem, unfortunately, not synonymous.

I just looked at the Youtube app on my Playstation 4 videos quite normally. Youtube suddenly broke up with my Google account.

Then I wanted to connect to my account again via the app on Ps4 The error message "Error: rate_limit_exceeded"

But I have no idea what to do, let alone what kind of mistake?

Can someone help me vlt here?

If it does not work just try to decline the permission for Playstation instead of accepting it.
