Connection problems when playing online ps4?

Right now I'm having pretty bad connection problems with psn. The problem is only with the console. My Switch runs without problems, there are hardly any lags online and the download speed is also fixed.

At PS, however, I often lag in parties porte, do some King Crimson time leaps in Rocket League and generally have problems connecting with others. I use Lan cable and the average speed is between 250k and 450k always fluctuates a bit. I don't think it's up to the provider and I think it's more the new update because none of my friends have as blatant problems with it as I do.

But the servers have become significantly more overloaded and worse since f2p. And even so, the Internet has always been very important in RL. With a packet loss of 0.01% this has usually been felt very often. I could e.g. As a telecom customer at the time, you couldn't play for an hour without a "bug" or the like.
