Why doesn't ps remote play work?

I downloaded ps remote play properly, now I have encountered the problem that I can't select anything from the window that you can see here. I've reinstalled it several times (play on ps4) and have the latest windows 10 version

Then the program crashes.

Ok, then something is definitely wrong, I have no problems with PS Remote at all
