Ark survival evolved depends on what to do?

For a short time I have been experiencing the problem that ark survival evolved hangs over and over again (ps4). This always happens when I want to break something down or use something (eg climb onto a Dino). Have already tried everything (system software check if the latest version is installed and also if I maybe missed an update from the game but that has brought nothing, have already tried to uninstall the game and install but without success) would be very much a helpful answer.
